Fancy Focaccia **FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS ONLY**

Italian inspired flat bread which is knocked back prior to baking and covered with local rapeseed oil to give those distinctive focaccia oil puddles before being topped with olives, mixed herbs, rosemary, peppers, seeds, mushrooms, parsley, tomatoes and onions.

Ingredients: White flour, water, yeast, salt, rape seed oil, olives, mixed herbs, rosemary, peppers, seeds, mushrooms, parsley, tomatoes and onions.
